US Visa

Happy days!

My passport was delivered back today after being at the US Embassy in London for a week. It now contains a shiny new 10 year visa for the USA. That is the last big item on my "must do" list. The countdown is well and truly on now!

I guess they're no longer pissed at anything related to "France".

Congrats.

Congratulations on your accomplishments and for planning so far ahead. 10 years seems quite generous. Can you actually stay for 10 years straight, or do you need to exit and return periodically?

Thanks for your congrats guys. I did laugh at Canajun's comment - I guess they no longer hold me personally responsible for the actions of a whole country, which is a weight off my shoulders! I was surprised at the 10 years as well. I would have to leave sometimes, to return to the UK to get more cash for all those pastries on your bakery rides Chuck. Being serious, I think I will be allowed a max stay of 6 months for any one visit before having to leave the US. That is what is normally stamped in my passport each time I enter the US.
