Achieving dreams.

Five old men from Taiwan, average age 81, set out on their motorcycles for 13 days, for one simple reason – to achieve their dreams.

Dreaming is important.  Achieving those dreams more so.

I hope I can still ride a motorcycle with my friends when I am eighty-one years old.

It is great to be able to turn Dreams into memories. Live life while you can. I only wished that I could follow in your footsteps . . .

Don't turn unfullfilled dreams into Regrets

Agreed, turn your Dreams into memories while you are still able. You don't want to reflect on your past and wonder "what if . . . "

I only wished that I could be the one who carries your luggage

I second that comment that I hope I'll still be riding at 81...

That video was part some commercial wasn't it? (didn't watch it this time)

Yes Jim, inspiring. In a small way it reminds me of a 609 miles round trip a guy did from Wichita to Lincoln and back, in order to meet a fellow blogger. He did it on a little bike too. I was so impressed by this, I wrote about that guy and that journey in my book.

Bob - Living life while you can is so very important. You are right, in that looking back and saying "what if" would not feel so good.

Richard - Yes, it was a commercial, for a bank I believe.

Well, Gary, I heard that guy, whoever he was, had a great time doing it, a very memorable moment for him and he was just glad to be able to share the experience.

I also heard he had a really sore butt when he got home.

Thanks for sharing that.
I borrowed and posted it at my site.

Rode my SV650S to work tonight...
It was a little chilly and I don't like arriving as the sun is getting low because of the explosion of deer in our area. But I was again reminded of an undeniable fact:
Riding in an automobile is passive.
Riding a bike requires your full participation.
Chilly? I can dress for that.
